,Hello! My name is Kathleen Belan and I have been teaching for twenty-two years for the Archdiocese of Detroit. Twenty of those years have been at St. Anne. I have taught first, second, third, and now fourth grade, and I have loved each grade level. I grew up in Dearborn Heights and went to Eastern Michigan University for teaching. I am married and have two children and a dog. My family and I love going camping, watching the Detroit Tigers, and Notre Dame Football. Go Irish!!!
Hi! My name is Maureen Snyder. I have been teaching here at St. Anne since 2012, but in the Archdiocese since 1993, at St. Clement. Previously, I spent 8 years in the Archdiocese of Jackson, Mississippi and 11 years at Lakeshore Public Schools . I have taught all grades K-8, enjoying each unique experience. I have 2 grown children and several pets. I earned my teaching degree from Eastern Michigan, with a double major in Special Ed. and Elementary Ed. I love gardening, reading, and napping. :)
Hello! My name is Cynthia Easterling. This will be my 5th year teaching fourth grade at St. Anne. I graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a major in finance. I spent several years as an office manager for a local heating contractor. I felt a strong desire to follow an educational path and went back to school. I graduated from Oakland University with a Master's in Education. I love to share my with my students my love of being a life long learner. Traveling throughout the United States and abroad is what I work for every year. I enjoy singing in my church choir, watching movies and reading.
